About these terms

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Spooky Supply Store website, hosted on Shopify. Review the product details and store policies before ordering.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the item and selected variant offered for sale. Styling props and accessories are not included unless expressly listed. Screen colors may vary. Consult size charts and product instructions before purchase or use. Availability and prices may change before an order is placed.

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Prices, shipping and returns

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Applicable taxes and the order total are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy and return and refund policy. Marketplace purchases also follow the terms and buyer protections of the marketplace used.

Website use and privacy
