Free standard shipping

Customers receive free standard shipping on orders accepted through Spooky Supply Store. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Some products have an estimated U.S. delivery range of approximately 3–10 days. Other products, particularly those shipping internationally, take longer. Delivery varies by product and address. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Product-specific information provided before purchase takes precedence. Processing and carrier transit vary by supplier and product; items may ship separately.

Contact kmoore@gmkcorporation.com before ordering if you need an item for an event. We do not guarantee Halloween or other holiday arrival unless expressly confirmed for your order.

Pixel Gem Light Cube — longer delivery

The Pixel Gem Light Cube ships from Hong Kong: 1–2 business days processing plus 8–14 business days estimated U.S. transit, approximately 9–16 business days total. The 3–10-day estimate does not apply to this item.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, we provide it with your shipping update. If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and cancellation/refund options as required by applicable law. Applicable shipping-delay requirements also apply when no shipment timeframe was stated.

Delivery issues

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, missing package or damaged delivery so we can investigate. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
