The Heirloom Paws promise
You see your portrait before we print it. If it doesn't look like your pet, we redo it free until it does. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo and we'll replace it.

- Christmas: order early. Proofs take up to 24 hours, printing about 2–4 business days, shipping about 2–5. We'll post the last day for Christmas delivery here.

Questions
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills a good part of the frame and both eyes are visible. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid heavy filters, blur, or photos taken from far away.
How do I choose the style?
Each product page shows its styles. After you order, we email your proof, and you can reply to switch to any other style (Royal, Cozy Christmas, Santa's Elf, Witch, Wizard or Vampire).
Can I include more than one pet, or my family?
Yes. Upload a photo with everyone in it, or email us separate photos after ordering, and we'll combine them in one portrait.
How are the portraits made?
Our studio creates each portrait with digital painting tools, including AI image tools, then a person checks it for likeness before sending your proof. Nothing is printed until you approve.
How long does it take?
Proof within 24 hours, then about 2–4 business days to print and about 2–5 business days to ship within the US.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship to US addresses only, and shipping is free.
